A 19-year-old is recovering after a traffic accident that ended with a blaze that devoured his vehicle. It happened at Highway 275 and Maple Road around 2:30 Sunday morning. Investigators say the driver was traveling at a high speed when he went off the lip of the road and landed in a construction zone.
