Police have two in custody near 17th and Sprague St. who fled in a @uhaul box truck at high speeds from police. The vehicle was tracked by ABLE-1 until the occupants fled on foot. Officers advised one party was wanted for multiple felony warrants including false imprisonment
Police believe the same suspect caught on the couple's security video is connected to at least 18 burglaries starting back in October
