At 9:21 p.m. last night, @OmahaPolice were called to a residence near 114th and U Street for a wanted felon. The suspect, Sean Jenkins 11/18/86, had access to weapons in the home and was impaired by Fentanyl. Jenkins refused commands to exit the residence and a stand-off ensued
